Villaggio Mietta and Caletta Apartments are two projects born from the Gruppo Forti’s love for Tuscany and its landscape, developed between the late 1980s and early 1990s. Remaining attentive to the passage of time, we have continued to look toward the future with a focus on sustainability. In this spirit, both Villaggio Mietta and Caletta Apartments have recently undergone renovations, integrating sustainable systems and technologies.
