The series of events promoted by Gruppo Forti in collaboration with Amazon concluded with Chef Gianfranco Vissani, a showman and an iconic figure in Italian gastronomy.
Held in Montacchiello Innovation Park, the meeting gave the audience the opportunity to learn more about the Umbrian chef known for his expressive energy and for the culinary excellence that he continues to pursue at his renowned restaurant “Casa Vissani”.
Journalist Carlotta Romualdi interviewed Vissani with questions about his passion and through reflections on the restaurant industry, personal experiences, and behind-the-scenes stories from television moments, engaging the audience in an evening full of insights and anecdotes.
The event concluded with the traditional aperitif prepared by Salza Catering.
