“Umberto Forti” Business Hub
One of the first green buildings in Tuscany
Dedicated to the founder of the building company established in 1926, this centre is among the most ambitious projects by Gruppo Forti and is now a symbol of sustainability across Tuscany.
It hosts commercial spaces on the ground floor and offices for advanced service companies on the upper floors.
The building’s elegant design combines eco-conscious architecture with energy efficiency, using natural light to enhance comfort and reduce consumption.

Recognised by international certification
The “Umberto Forti” building embodies Gruppo Forti’s ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.
In March 2018, the builing was awarded the LEED GOLD certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), recognising excellence in energy and water efficiency, CO₂ reduction, indoor environmental quality, and sustainable materials.
It was the first building in Pisa and in the entire Tuscany Region to receive this prestigious certification.
