“I really appreciated the initiative organised by Montacchiello and Gruppo Forti for the International Women’s Day. It was a pleasant opportunity to meet and connect with other women that work here. Unfortunately, we are still very much underrepresented. I also loved the idea of the pencil with seeds to sow – it’s a small but thoughtful gift that reflectes both care for people and attention to sustainability.”

Gruppo Forti organised a special breakfast gathering dedicated to all the women that work in the Montacchiello Innovation Park to celebrate International Women’s Day, in collaboration with the SheTech community.
Hosted at the “Umberto Forti” Business Hub, the event created an informal and welcoming space for conversation and network among the Montacchiello community.
The morning also featured SheTech – a community committed to promoting gender equality and supporting female talent within the tech and digital sectors through networking, training and awareness initiatives.
During the event, Veronica Domestico, one of SheTech Pisa ambassadors, introduced the community’s local projects and activities, sharing opportunities and initiatives designed to support women working in innovation and technology.
The event once again highlighted Montacchiello’s commitment to fostering participation, professional development and an increasingly inclusive and connected community.
