Gruppo Forti hosted a new event as part of its series of cultural and networking events at the Montacchiello Innovation Park, welcoming Sara Brancaccio, pastry chef, food blogger and television personality, for an evening exploring her professional journey and passion for the art of patisserie.
In conversation with Simona Giuntini, a journalist from 50 Canale Tuscan television, Sara reflected on the key stages of her career, from her early steps in the world of patisserie to her television appearances, sharing personal anecdotes and behind-the-scenes stories from her first experiences on screen.
The evening also featured a live baking demonstration of a Lemon Meringue Pie, the tart that first sparked Sara Brancaccio’s passion for patisserie during a tasting in Paris, and led to her professional path. Introducing ingredients, quantities and preparation techniques, she explained the steps involved and shared practical tips to bake the tart, engaging participants with questions and insights inspired by the theme of desserts that hold a special place in people’s hearts.
The event ended off with an aperitif, providing attendees with a further opportunity to make new connections and enjoy informal conversation.
